Some Flowers for our table

Made some nylon flowers after a long gap .

Here are some closer looks of the flowers.

I must mention Lorraine here, for, she has inspired me a lot with her photography, cooking, crafting, gardening, home making and mothering too...:).

The white creamer pot holding the flowers is the inspiration I got from her photography and towards the colour white.

You can visit her at her blog @ http://www.gratefulprayerthankfulheart.com/

Thank you dear Lorraine!!.

Thank you dear friends for your lovely visits each time and motivating comments :).

Simple Nylon Flower

This flower  is made out of nylon material or stocking material.

Materials needed to make this flower:

#1 Stocking cloth of any colour

#2 Gold or silver wires

#3 Rings of different sizes

#4 Thread

#5 Green tape

#6 Green stem

#7 Pollen stalks

Procedure:

With the help of the rings, make petals of desired shapes

Cover those petals with the stocking cloth and tie a thread around

In a green stem place the pollen stalks in the middle and tie them with thread.

Cover the stem with green tape.

Now attach the petals the same way one by one, and tie them with the thread. Cover the stem with green tape again.

Attach some artificial green stalks for decoration.

Or "Leaves"  can be made by the same procedure as that of petals and can be attached to the stem.
