Hello friends,
Happy Thanks Giving in advance to all!
Since this month is Thanks Giving month, I'm really happy to do a card for the same. It's not only this time of the year, we are thankful, but I think, this is a good way to remember all that the Lord has done for us and be thankful! Though we don't celebrate Thanks Giving in our country, I think we should since it has lot of meaning ( I personally feel this way ~ smile~). And I'm always reminded of the season Fall and thanks giving always together
Beyond Grey Challenges have their Fall challenge this month. Though I made the card inspired the beautiful fall colors, I've made the sentiment relating to Thanks Giving.
Here's the card
I had the base of the card which was watercolored by me. I dabbed dried marigold and vintage photo distress inks and got the base done. The beautiful paper is from the Bo bunny paper pad which dear Grace had sent me. The song paper is a print out from Little birdie blessings blog. Thank you Abby :)
With the EK success border punch I punched out the border and distressed with Vintage phto DI.
The alphabets are self adhesive stickers.
Hope you liked the card. Happy Fall and Happy Thanks Giving :) God bless!

Beautiful use of all your items, the colors are so pretty together and love the lace with the border punch!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card! It is so important that we give thanks!
ReplyDeleteSarah, a very lovely post to accompany your beautiful card. Whether our countries celebrate the Thanksgiving Day as a holiday, or just that each of us remembers to be thankful for our blessings...I don't think it really matters. Each of us has so very much to appreciate - so it's important to reflect on that...not just one day of the year, but EVERY day! Your card has so many marvelous features to show your gratitude. Love the colors, the watercolor background, that music score dp, the cheery sunflower and I'm loving your dimensional letters as well as that lacey border. You've celebrated Thanksgiving truly in a generous way. TFS & Big Hugs
